More experimental flexibility using Spectradyne’s ARC Particle Analyzer configured with two simultaneous fluorescence excitation wavelengths
Spectradyne’s 2-laser ARC particle analyzer was used to quantify extracellular vesicles (EVs) for endogenous mNeongreen fluorescence and Alexa Fluor 647 fluorescence achieved by CD63 immunolabeling to demonstrate:
- – Fast & accurate quantification of EV size, concentration, and phenotype with Spectradyne’s ARC particle analyzer.
- – Effective fluorescence excitation at both 488 nm and 638 nm wavelengths
- – Direct analysis of dye co-localization on single EVs
