Spectradyne’s ARC™ Particle Analyzer
for LNP Size & Concentration:
Cryo-TEM Validation and 40nm
Particle Analysis

Spectradyne’s ARC particle analyzer was used to measure the size and concentration of two Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) formulations from sub-40 nm diameter and up, and size distributions were compared to Cryo-TEM measurements of the same samples performed by Nanoimaging Services (San Diego, CA). The results show:

  • -LNP size measurements obtained by Spectradyne’s Microfluidic Resistive Pulse Sensing (MRPS) are in excellent agreement with the gold standard imaging method for LNPs, Cryo-TEM.
  • -Spectradyne’s ARC particle analyzer enables fast & accurate quantification of LNP size and concentration.
