Extracellular Vesicles Immunolabeled Directly in Serum: Size, Concentration & Phenotype with Spectradyne’s ARC Particle Analyzer
Recombinant extracellular vesicles (EVs) expressing a fusion protein of EGFP and human CD63 were immunolabeled and quantified directly in serum to demonstrate:
1. Immunolabeling and co-localization analysis with Spectradyne’s ARC particle analyzer
2. Accurate quantification of EV subpopulations directly in serum
3. Complete and accurate analysis of highly heterogeneous samples without requiring preparatory SEC or other sample clean-up methods.
