The most accurate method for measuring size and concentration of biological nanoparticles is Microfluidic Resistive Pulse Sensing (MRPS), as implemented in Spectradyne’s nCS1TM system. The most accurate and well-developed method for phenotyping single particles has been to use flow cytometry with fluorescently-labeled particles. With the introduction of the ARCTM particle analyzer, Spectradyne has combined these two orthogonal techniques in a single system.
