A summary
Spectradyne introduces the ARCTM nanoparticle analyzer: Microfluidic resistive pulse sensing (MRPS) combined with fluorescence excitation and detection, for measuring the size, concentration and phenotype of nanoparticles.
The video includes an overview of the ARC system, measurement examples, a demonstration of the system, an expert panel discussion, and Q & A. The expert panel discussion features industry experts discussing their experiences and challenges with biological nanoparticle characterization.
The ARC enables simultaneous measurements of fluorescence signals in up to three distinct emission bands from each particle, while also capturing size and concentration using the non-optical MRPS signal. Applications for ARC include many different types of biological nanoparticles, such as extracellular vesicles (EVs), nanomedicines (LNPs, liposomes, etc.), virus/gene therapies, and diagnostics (biomarkers).
