Happy Holidays from Spectradyne’s CEO

We at Spectradyne are happy to celebrate the end of this year, and are looking forward to 2021!

We are probably all tired of hearing how wild this year has been, but there can be no denying it — we have all encountered significant and unforeseen challenges over the past nine months.

Spectradyne is no different, and I am extremely proud of how our team has adapted to the changes in work and life, having gone above and beyond for our customers and for each other. If you have spoken with our excellent customer support team, or successfully brought up a new nCS1 using our now fully remote process, you know firsthand that we are doing everything we can to support you and your nanoparticle analysis!

2021 will bring exciting new developments at Spectradyne, including moving our operations to a new, larger facility, and plans for announcing an exciting new product. There is a lot to look forward to — stay tuned to learn more in the coming months!

I wish you joy and peace this holiday season even if it looks different than what we may be used to, and I look forward to continuing to work with you in the new year.

Sincerely,
Jean-Luc Fraikin
CEO, Spectradyne

What’s that on my floor?

Everyone knows nanoparticles are everywhere — How about on your living room floor? We used Spectradyne’s nCS1 to measure the nanoparticle content of a nano-enabled wood floor finish. What did we find? Read about it here!

Recent additions to our Video Library

Our media library continues to expand! Popular new titles include: A presentation at the Virtual 2020 AIChE Annual Meeting, and Comparing multiple data sets in Viewer software. These and other videos in our curated collection shine the spotlight on the powerful capabilities of Spectradyne’s technology for nanoparticle analysis.

Stay tuned as we continue to expand this riveting resource!

Upcoming conference presentations and exhibits

In these virtual times, our sales team craves social interaction and is grateful for opportunities to reach out and speak with customers! This fall yielded a bounty of opportunities for Spectradyne, which participated in three virtual conferences.

Spectradyne was a proud sponsor of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists 2020 PharmSci 360 in late October 2020 and the 2020 meeting of the American Society for Exosomes and Microvesicles in November 2020. Spectradyne’s CEO, Jean-Luc Fraikin, also attended the 2020 virtual annual meeting of The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and gave an invited talk entitled, “Orthogonal Methods are Critical for Characterizing Nanoscale Colloids”. You can watch this presentation here!

Conferences are beginning to coalesce for early 2021. Spectradyne will sponsor the Select Biosciences Circulating Biomarkers 2021 conference in late February, and the American Association for Cancer Research annual meeting, which will take place in two sessions in April and May.

We hope to ‘see’ you there!

New Publications using Spectradyne’s nCS1

Ever wanted to measure extracellular vesicles in tick saliva? Two new publications demonstrate how Spectradyne’s extraordinarily low sample volume requirements make this possible.

Learn how these researchers did it, and what they found, here:
