New Capabilities of Spectradyne’s ARC Particle Analyzer: Enhancing
Experimental Versatility with Two Simultaneous Excitation Wavelengths

Hosted by: Select Biosciences

Jean-Luc Fraikin, Founder & CEO of Spectradyne

Spectradyne’s ARC particle analyzer uses a unique combination of electrical and
optical measurement techniques to accurately measure the size, concentration,
and fluorescence of single nanoparticles as small as 50 nm in diameter.
New! The ARC can now be configured to excite and detect fluorescence using two
excitation wavelengths simultaneously. This new capability adds versatility and
flexibility in experimental design by expanding the range of fluorochromes that can
be used and by reducing spill-over in multiparameter labeling experiments.

Join us for the launch of this new capability, as Spectradyne’s CEO, Jean-Luc
Fraikin, presents:

An overview of Spectradyne’s ARC particle analyzer

Extracellular vesicles: Immunolabeling with two excitation wavelengths

Lipid nanoparticles: Multiwavelength excitation of LNPs loaded with two fluorochromes

Spectradyne’s ARC particle analyzer delivers two orthogonal measurements in
one: Accurate size and concentration using an electrical detection method (MRPS)
and single particle phenotyping by optical fluorescence measurements. Learn how
this unique combination of orthogonal techniques can deliver the analytical
insights you need to accelerate your research.
